The weakness of the concept of Across server projects

Let myself persuade to review a crossWeb project, and now I'm trying to log in to the client's Across server. Tried different operating systems and different browsers. Finally the client writes me that they noticed the accessibility problems too and that they have to reboot their server. What a waste of working time ...
