好纠结,损失一半多的收入出国做in-house值得吗?

近几年做兼职的老客户招徕我去新加坡做专职,虽然感觉是个很好的机会,但这样在可能一两年内都会损失近一半的收入……

好难抉择啊

如果只是收入有影响,还比较好决定吧,毕竟,钱还可以再赚回来。更难以取舍的,是家人、感情、朋友等多方面的考虑。只能多方权衡了。人生重要关口,祝你好运!

如果你跟公司簽的工作合同裡規定你在上班之外不得從事其他翻譯工作,那麼應該坦白跟公司說明你現在當freelance的收入狀況,並要求公司給你與當前收入相當的薪資。你有權利這樣要求的。去當in house每月損失一半的收入,太不合理了。

是的……雖然對一介平平凡凡的「阿陸仔」來說出國機會難得,但他們給的薪酬實在太難承受。
我已不是當初風一般自在的少年了,也要養家糊口(其實就兩隻貓)的啊 :'(

我已不是當初風一般自在的少年了,也要養家糊口(其實就兩隻貓)的啊 :'(


也許是公司不知道你的行情,所以才給你很低的薪資,坦白說開了,薪資也自然有調整的空間。
如果那個公司花不起這個錢,用你的行情聘用你,那也不值得為它效勞。

還有一件需要慎重考慮的事:僱員的薪水調整通常很死板,沒有彈性,你的起薪會大大決定你未來薪資調整的狀況。如果你一開始接受了當前收入一半的薪資,如果一年調+5%,要幾年調薪才會到你現在薪資的水準呢?千萬要三思啊!

It's a good opportunity but you must take extra care in reviewing the terms of the contract. Keep in mind that Singapore's living expenses are pretty high as well. If the company's offering you work whose contract explicitly states that you cannot freelance, I'd think twice about it, or keep negotiating.

工作只是生活的一部分,钱也可以想起他办法赚,个人觉得出国机会难得,有机会可以考虑把握一下的。不过也要看楼主有没有这个勇气。
