Yes, and I found no means to correct this in the past...

Hi, this is indeed a very old quirk since I used DVX. It was also still there in DVX2 and probably DVX3. As a remedy I have build a macro in UltraEdit to correct it and to take out the " . The workaround is to use the Excel import/export.
