Buongiorno a tutti,
ho una domanda da farvi, spero che qualcuno possa gentilmente aiutarmi. Devo emettere una fattura e il cliente è un’azienda statunitense, ma mi ha dato solo nome e indirizzo: posso farla senza inserire altri dati, ovvero senza nulla che equivalga a un numero di Partita IVA/Codice Fiscale? Grazie in anticipo!

Essendo un'azienda penso che sia meglio inserire un numero di partita IVA o equivalente statunitense, tuttavia con gli USA non si applica l'IVA, quindi potrebbe anche non essere necessario.
L'anno scorso ho tradotto un documento per un cliente californiano - un privato - e in fattura (col benestare della mia commercialista) avevo inserito solo nome, cognome e indirizzo.
