I am dealing with a medical text and I am not sure if I am tackling it properly. I've never really dealt with these texts, but wanted to give it a try.

Several medications are named in the source text, which have different names in the UK/Éire. I am unsure whether I should translate them directly / find the corresponding UK/Irish bran - or if I should leave the original brand name and put the approximate in brackets.

E.g. (ES -> EN)

Keep the brand name and translate the INN in brackets.

You are translator, therefore you have to translate written text and to keep the original name of the brand.
