Hi fellow MemoQers,
Could anyone suggest how to filter out all 100% and 101% matches in the translation grid (all segments are already confirmed). Basically, I want to look at all segments wich are 99% matches or less.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Leo

Self reply: how to hide 100% matches Jan 13, 2014

OK, here is what I did, it may be useful to someone else (I noticed this has been asked a couple times with no answers):
1- sort segments by match rate (lower first)
2- select all segments scope = selection / what to change = all rows in scope / new status = not started
4- remove sorting
5- filter by not started

Where do you do this? Feb 4, 2014

Hi Leopoldo

I am trying to work out how to filter segments in a more productive way too but do not recognized the options that you list. In which menu are they located?

Best wishes
Anette

101% Feb 4, 2014

101% means that the segment is 100% similar to the one in the translation memory PLUS the context (previous and following segment) is also the same.

101% = "context match" in memoQ terminology.

Not fixed yet?! Feb 21, 2017

Hi everybody,

I can't belive they haven't fixed this yet!

Here is my solution:

1. Sort by match rate
2. Select all 100% and 101% matches
3. Lock selected
4. Revert to 'No sorting.

I hope this may help someone.

Cheers,
Cristina

Here's an even simpler workaround: Aug 10, 2017

As translators often do not have the rights to lock segments, you can work by selections (worls also for editing and QA):
1. Sort by match rate as indicated above.
2. Select the segments you need.
3. Apply checks on selection only.
