Attempting to open InDesgin Files - IDML v 1.0.0.0 - SLD Trados Studio 2014

Hi guys I am attempting to open a file from a potential client which should, in theory, be compatible.

The error message I am getting is "The selected IDML file was created by an unspported version of Adbobe InDesign and will not be processed". Under Origin it has: IDML v 1.0.0.0.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue from my end?

The solution was erased Feb 28, 2018

Unfortunately it seems as the article with the solution was deleted or something similar.

Do you have a copy by any chance?

I can't remember what the solution was either! Sorry, I wish I could be of more help...
