Dear fellow Trados users,

Since having updated our SDL Trados Studio 2015 lilicenses to SR-3, I have found that in *.docx target files of a 100% translated file in Studio, quite a few segments remain untranslated, and are not in the SDLXLIFF file either, so were not extracted from the source file.

This means that during translation you are not aware that some sentences will not be translated, which only becomes clear when looking at - and spellchecking - the target file. Always, the sentences that remain untranslated in the target file follow a sentence that ends with a footnote. I have all filters in file types for *docx documents checked, including the one for Microsoft Office 2016, which we use.

Have any of you come across this problem as well, and perhaps worked out a solution?

Best regards,

Marcel Steur
