Resources for French to English military translation

Hello,

I have an assignment to translate from French to English a 7000-word document on military doctrine. Besides Termium and the NATO terminology site, does anyone have any good resources to share for military translation?
This is my first time translating any military/defense type document, and it's for an independent studies course, so I am just looking for the best material to learn and translate accurately.

Canadian Defence Forces (CDF) Multiingual Military Glossary for NATO Jun 3, 2017

I refer to your interesting post here in the < proz.com > list.

One of the best, and biggest, multilingual references about military concepts, terms and expressions in both French and English is the glossary developed by the Canadian Defence Forces (CDF) for use in NATO environments.

The word-lists inside that glossary are especially useful with their columns of matching terms in:

The CDF Liaison Officer assigned to a major U.S. Army headquarters based at Fort Bragg, NC provided my Command Language School there with a copy. That glossary was especially most helpful when we had to prepare and trains some mobile training teams (MTTs) to deploy (in a hurry!!!) to a French-prevalent host country to conduct some military and technical training (i.e. military free-fall parachuting, etc.).

Hope this helps you find and get a copy of the latest edition of that well-researched and well-organized reference.
