health centre - teaching and research hospital
Explanation:

Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English:

clinic [countable]
1. a place, often in a hospital, where medical treatment is given to people who do not need to stay in the hospital [przychodnia, ambulatorium*]:
dental/family planning/antenatal etc clinic
women attending an antenatal clinic
an appointment at an outpatient clinic (= clinic for someone who does not need to stay in a hospital)
2. especially British English a period of time during which doctors give treatment or advice to people with particular health problems [godziny przyjęć]:
The baby clinic is held on Monday afternoons.
3. a meeting during which a professional person gives advice or help to people:
an MP's clinic
a free clinic on caring for roses
4. American English a place where medical treatment is given at a low cost:
the doctors who volunteer at the inner-city clinic
5. American English a group of doctors who work together and share the same offices (= practice) [spółka cywilna/partnerska]
6. an occasion when medical students are taught how to decide what illness a patient has and how to treat it [wykład kliniczny połączony z demonstracją]

Żadne z powyższych znaczeń nie pasuje do oryginalnego (głównego?) znaczenia słowa „klinika”: http://sjp.pwn.pl/haslo.php?id=2563625 .

surgery
1. [uncountable] medical treatment in which a surgeon cuts open your body to repair or remove something inside
2. [uncountable] especially American English the place where operations are done in a hospital (= operating room AmE; = theatre BrE)
3. [countable] British English a place where a doctor or dentist gives treatment (= office AmE) [gabinet, zwykle prywatny]
4. [uncountable] British English a regular period each day when people can see a doctor or dentist (= office hours American English)
5. [countable] British English a special period of time when people can see a Member of Parliament to discuss problems

A teaching hospital is a hospital which provides medical training to medical students and residents (also called "registrars", physicians who have completed medical school and are enrolled in speciality training).

clinic /surgery, health centre/ vs (research/university) hospital/ward

Explanation:
Przychodnia - clinic, surgery, health centre (to ostatnie - ośrodek zdrowia czyli przychodnia) - to tam gdzie "przychodzi baba do lekarza"
