In a Syrian marriage contract, under the section regarding the dowry, it says:

١٠٠،٠٠٠ ل ص مقدم مقبوض قيمة اشيا جهازية عائدة للزوجة وهي تعهدة الزوج

100,000 Syrian Pounds paid in advance and received .......................... belonging to the wife while she is married to her husband

I'm not sure what اشيا جهازية means here as I think it has a legal meaning. Can anyone help?
