Element suwaka tłokowego.

"The valve body is protected from damage by a guiding liner on the piston head. For valves [...] the piston skirt is running within a liner, too. If the medium contains a lot of abrasive particles leading to an increased wear of the sealing elements and the liners, these liners can easily be exchanged without taking the valve body out of the pipeline."

Explanation:
First, it is not clear whether the liner is a part of the piston or of the cylinder itself. The piston has grooves for oil rings, so putting a liner over the rings would be catastrophic. So, I believe that liner is lining the cylinder walls.
In this case, tuleja cylindrowa is the right name for a replaceable cylinder liner. Apparently, here, the liner has a guiding function, hence prowadząca. Usually, prowadząca/guiding is necessary.

W silnikach spalinowych tuleje cylindrowe mogą być:
odlane w kadłubie (taki sam materiał);
suche (wciskana w cylinder tuleja cylindrowa nie styka się bezpośrednio z cieczą chłodzącą silnik, kadłub odlany jest z innego materiału);
mokre (zewnętrzna powierzchnia wciskanej w cylinder tulei cylindrowej pozostaje w kontakcie z cieczą chłodzącą, tuleje nie wymagają obróbki po osadzeniu w kadłubie).
