I have worked for several FMCG companies in both marketing and sales, always in the field of Out of Home and Foodservice. At XXX I was regional manager for the south east of the Netherlands for the segments: Bakeries, Horeca and Fast Food. Thereafter, I worked at YYY and ZZZ as key account manager for DIY respectively Petrol and Horeca.

Explanation:
Praktycznie sens ten sam co u poprzednika, tyle że skrót DIY jest powszechnie stosowany w branży i nie wymaga wyjaśnień.

Krótko dla ciekawych tematu:
Producenci wyrobów DIY (tapety, farby, wykładziny itp) szczególnie zaś korporacje stosują nast. podział dystrybucji:
1. Dyrektor Handlowy (członek zarządu)
a. KAM - B2B
b. KAM - B2C kanał tradycyjny (hurtownie, w których zaopatrują się sklepy i sklepiki)
c. KAM - B2C kanał DIY (markety sieciowe, podałam w dyskusji)

Każdy KAM ma trochę inną robotę. W B2C KAM od tradycji negocjuje najczęściej z właścicielem hurtowni, ten od DIY z pracownikiem (wysokiego, centralnego szczebla ale jednak) innej korporacji.
Druga sprawa to to że w tradycji załatwia dystrybucję produktu na poziomie lokalnym (obszar działania hurtowni), w DIY - krajowym, bo o wciągnięciu produktu na listę danej sieci (tzw listing) decyduje centrala - a nie każdy market (punkt sprzedaży) indywidualnie - i decyzja ta w znacznym stopniu obowiązuje wszystkie punkty sprzedaży.

W niektórych korporacjach obowiązuje trochę inny podział. Nie ma jednego Dyrektora Handlowego. Jest tylu, ile jest kanałów dystrybucji, czyli w opisanym przykładzie - trzech i każdy z nich jest członkiem zarządu. Tak czy owak KAM najczęściej podlega bezp. pod członka zarządu.

Sporo zależy od asortymentu o jakim mowa, ale biorąc pod uwagę liczbę marketów każdej z sieci i ich obroty oczywistym jest, że skuteczny KAM od DIY to figura :)

Przepraszam, nieprecyzyjnie to ujęłam w pierwszym zdaniu. IMO DIY to tylko klienci sieciowi (markety), zatem nie chodzi tylko o skrót, ale też rodzaj kanału dystrybucji.
