Hi,

I am currently translating lab results,
The main title is "HEM CytoR" followed by the subcategories

HN (Leukocytes, Hématies, Hémoglobine, etc.) = Numération = Complete Blood Count
HFSA2 (Poly neutrophiles, PN valeur absolue, lymphocytes, etc.) = ? = Formule leukocytaire = WBC differential count
HCVAL (resultat cytologie) = Valeur cytologique?
HCAMI (absence de microcaillots)

I cannot find any expansion of these subcategories but I think the main heading stands either for "Hematologie Cytologie Résultat" or "Hémogramme Cytologie Résultat"?
