overalll ground area of, building area of...xxx m, Explanation: le premier exclut l'acheminement de l'eau électricité ainsi que tout travaux (viabilité pour les chemins ou passages obligatoires etc) la 2ème solution tient compte des règlements de constructibilité (hélas c'est le nom) qui impliquent que l'on ne peut rien construire à moins de x m (dépend des lieux) de la limite de propriété ce qui resterinet la partie constructible du terrain...hope it can help |
