agree  Andrzej Lejman: W tym przypadku tak, bo odwołuje się do przepisów prawa, a one mówią o rękojmi. Jednak gdyby tej samej Gewährleistung udzielił producent (zwykle 1 rok), należałoby przetłumaczyć jako gwarancja. Gwarancja producenta jest dobrowolna, rękojmia - z mocy prawa
