W odpowiedzi na nasze wyjaśnienia, w dniu 5 kwietnia Prezes UOKiK wystawił zawiadomienie o wszczęciu z urzędu postępowania w sprawie stosowania przez firmę XYZ praktyk naruszających zbiorowe interesy konsumentów.
