agree  Aleksander Szydlowski: Zgadzam się je¶li pozostajemy w kontek¶cie czysto prawniczym. Natomiast poza takim kontekstem to już nie jest takie proste. 'Evidence' w szeszym znaczeniu to 'jawno¶ć' 'oczywisto¶ć' czy 'znak' 'oznaka'. Sth is evident = co¶ jest oczywiste/ewidentne.
