Medical History Report Explanation: Epikryza to podsumowanie przebiegu choroby i leczenia na koniec leczenia szpitalnego. Niemniej jednak ponieważ Karta Wypisowa (Hosp. Discharge Summary/Repot/Card) zawiera poza epikryzą szereg innych informacji, proponuję j.w. Słowniki podają również 2. znaczenie - przełom w przebiegu choroby; przyznam że nie spotkałem się ze stosowaniem tego znaczenia w praktyce.
