agree  Krystian Aparta: Jeśli trzeba wprowadzić rozróżnienie, może po prostu przetłumaczyć to jako "dr hab.". Polak zrozumie, czytelnik angielskojęzyczny może skojarzyć, że to jakiś "nieznany skrót" (wygląda to mniej tajemniczo, niż 2 długie słowa w języku obcym).
