Spanish term or phrase: locuaz
"...autorizada ante la XXX, Notaria que fuera de la Notaría Especial, locuaz que quedó inscripto en el Libro.....de Fecha.....etc."

Never seen this word used this way in a notarial document. Does it have to do with the notary reading the document aloud?

If this is a typo, I can easily see the typer accidentally hitting "z" after "a." They are right next to each other. The lack of space between "lo" and "que" would be another sign of haste.

agree  George Rabel: Pues aunque la "locuaz" fuese la notaria, en todo caso quedaría "inscripta" en el libro. Creo que no puede ser otra cosa que un error.
