This term from a lease contract appears several times-it appears to refer to some reduction in rent, but I´m not sure what the right term is.

4.7. Rebaja en las rentas de abril a diciembre de 2017.

Se conviene una rebaja de DIEZ MIL EUROS (10.000’-€) al mes en las rentas de abril a diciembre de 2017, ambas incluidas. Así pues:

- La merced arrendaticia de los meses de abril a diciembre de 2017 ascenderá a 137.167,33’-€, más IVA.

- Y la merced arrendaticia a partir de enero de 2018, será de 147.167,33’-€, más IVA, sin perjuicio de los futuros incrementos pactados.

4.8. Rentas de abril a septiembre de 2017.

A petición de la ARRENDATARIA y de forma excepcional se conviene que la merced arrendaticia de los meses de abril a septiembre de 2017 se abonará parcialmente en cada una de dichas mensualidades y el resto, relativo a todas ellas, de una sola vez a principios de octubre de 2017. De suerte que, aplicando la rebaja prevista en el apartado 4.7, ascendiendo la merced arrendaticia en dichas mensualidades a 137.167,33’-€, más IVA:
