Mein Vorschlag wäre "cuota de los derechos a pensión adquiridos durante el matrimonio de xxx puntos de remuneración"??

Laut Becher tatsächlich unidades de valoración, nicht unidades de valorización (welches Ihr Buchlink verwendet). Zu Ihrem Kommentar kann ich leider nichts sagen; mir ist nicht vollkommen klar, wie Sie Ihre zweite Übersetzung mit dem Buchlink belegen werden - aber nur Sie kennen Ihren Text und sind daher am besten geeignet, die Richtigkeit der Antworten hier zu beurteilen. Zudem bin ich natürlich kein hispanohablante. Ich warte mal ab, was die Kollegen hier sagen.
