Source text - Chinese 本文以表面輪廓儀量測濺鍍於矽(Si)基材表面上之薄膜，為了量測出薄膜厚度，於濺鍍前必須時先以耐熱膠帶製作出有薄膜與無薄膜之高低落差。本文膜厚值設定Ti薄膜為200 nm與Ni / Ti薄膜為400 nm，表面輪廓儀則針對其斷差部份，分別作膜厚量測，為求薄膜之準確度，本文量測以平均10個位置來作膜厚量測，圖5-1與圖5-2為量測200 nm與400 nm之膜厚示意圖。
Translation - English The thickness of the thin films, in relation to the surface of the Silicon substrate, can be evaluated with a surface profiler. To measure the thickness of the thin film, a small piece of heat resistant tape is placed on a corner of the substrate before deposition, and is removed afterwards. The step thickness is taken to be the difference between the coated and uncoated areas. The average Ti and Ni/Ti film thicknesses are 200nm and 400nm, respectively. In order to ensure consistency, measurements were made in 10 locations for each film. Figures 5-1 and 5-2 show the results from the 200nm and 400nm film thickness measurements, respectively.
