Source text - Polish Działalność eksportowa polskich przedsiębiorstw przemysłu mięsnego
Eksport polskich produktów i usług od lat systematycznie rośnie. W 2010 r. wynosił 120 mld EUR, a w 2014 r. już 166 mld EUR, co oznacza wzrost o niemal 40%. Systematycznie wzrasta też udział przemysłu spożywczego w eksporcie. W 2009 roku eksport artykułów rolno-spożywczych wyniósł 11,5 mld euro. W 2010 roku odnotowano 13,5 mld euro, z kolei w 2011 roku było to 15,3 mld euro. Natomiast w 2012 roku eksport artykułów rolno-spożywczych wyniósł 17,9 mld euro.
W 2014 roku zagraniczna sprzedaż w branży rolno-spożywczej w porównani z pierwszymi ośmioma miesiącami 2013 roku zwiększyła się o 5,2% do 13,8 mld euro. Ale w dynamikę uderzyły spadki na Wschodzie. W ciągu trzech pierwszych kwartałów 2013 roku wzrost eksportu żywności w porównaniu z rokiem wcześniejszym był znacznie większy i przekraczał 14%.
Problemy z żywnością zaczęły się już w pierwszym kwartale 2014 roku. Dwa przypadki afrykańskiego pomoru świń wykryte we wschodniej Polsce zablokowały eksport wieprzowiny nie tylko na rynek rosyjski, ale także na inne rynki poza UE, głównie Dalekiego Wschodu. W rezultacie na koniec 2014 roku zagraniczna sprzedaż polskiej branży rolno-spożywczej wyniosła 11,2 mld euro .
Efektem wyhamowania eksportu były rosnące zapasy i gwałtowny spadek cen żywca. Potem pojawiły się sankcje w handlu z Rosją, po których eksport żywności klasyfikowanej jako produkty pochodzenia roślinnego zmalał o 17,6%
Z danych dotyczących pierwszego półrocza 2013 roku wynika, że największy udział w eksporcie rolno-spożywczym dotyczy wyrobów tytoniowych (653,7 mln euro). Drugie miejsce zajmuje eksport mięsa i podrobów drobiowych (501,3 mln euro). Na trzeciej pozycji jest sprzedaż wołowiny (435,2 mln euro). Czwarta pozycja dotyczy eksportu czekolady i produktów z kakao (414,1 mln euro). Natomiast na piątym miejscu jest eksport wieprzowiny (413,1 mln euro).
Warto przy tym zwrócić uwagę na kierunki eksportu polskich artykułów rolno-spożywczych. Z danych za okres od stycznia do końca września 2013 roku wynika, że największym rynkiem eksportowym są Niemcy (22,5% sprzedaży).
W dalszej kolejności jest Wielka Brytania, a także Rosja. Na te rynki trafia odpowiednio 7,5% oraz 6,4% sprzedaży polskich eksporterów rolno-spożywczych (por. Drewnowska, Kucharczyk 2013, s. 17).
Translation - English Exports in Polish meat enterprises
Exports of Polish products and services have been steadily increasing for years. In 2010 they amounted to €120 billion and in 2014 already to €166 billion, which is an increase of almost 40%. The share of the food industry in the exports has been increasing systematically as well. In 2009 Poland exported agriculture and food products worth €11.5 billion. In 2010 this value rose to €13.5 billion and in 2011 amounted to €15.3 billion, whereas in 2012 the exports of agriculture and food products were worth €17.9 billion.
As compared to the first eight months of 2013, in 2014 the foreign sales in the agriculture and food industry increased by 5.2% and reached €13.8 billion. However, the dynamics were affected by the plunges in the East. During the first three quarters of 2013 the increase of food exports in comparison to the previous year was much greater and exceeded 14%.
Problems with food began already in the first quarter of 2014. Two cases of the African swine fever discovered in eastern Poland blocked the exports of pork not only to the Russian market but also to other markets outside the EU, primarily those in the Far East. As a result, at the end of 2014 the exports recorded in the Polish agriculture and food industry totalled €11.2 billion .
As a result of the slowdown the stocks grew and the livestock prices plummeted. This was followed by trade sanctions imposed by Russia after which the exports of food classified as products of plant origin decreased by 17.6%.
The data concerning the first half of 2013 demonstrate that tobacco products constituted the largest part of the agriculture and food exports (€653.7 million). The exports of meat and giblets were on the second position (€501.3 million), while beef exports ranked third (€435.2 million). The fourth largest exports involved chocolate and cocoa products (€414.1 million), whereas the exports of pork were on the fifth position (€413.1 million).
It is also important to pay attention to the directions of exporting Polish agriculture and food products. The data concerning the period from January to the end of September 2013 demonstrate that the largest export market was Germany (22.5% of the sales) followed by
the UK and Russia, which accounted for 7.5% and 6.4% of the sales of the Polish agriculture and food exporters respectively (see Drewnowska, Kucharczyk 2013, p. 17).

Będziesz robił to co przed chwilą. Pracuj tak szybko jak potrafisz – będę mierzył czas.Start! Pomiar czasu rozpoczynamy wówczas, gdy dziecko rozpoczyna pracę nad zadaniem.Jeśli badany nie rozwiązał przykładu ponawiamy instrukcję, bez względu na odpowiedź przechodzimy do zadania właściwego.

The assessment of the understanding of the concept of the number in terms of the idea of a numerical figure
Materials: K sheet
Instructions:
The tested child sits at a table and has the K sheet in front of them. The analyst instructs the child: Look at this example. We point to the box with the example. On the left there is a picture of a dice. Next to it there are five numbers. Look at the dice and underline the number which is the same as the number of dots on the dice. If the child underlines number 1, the analyst responds: Well done! In a moment you are going to turn the page over and do some more of such tasks. You are going to do what you have done just now. Work as fast as you can. I am going to measure the time. Start! The timing starts when the child begins to work on the exercise. If the tested child does not do the example, the instructions are repeated and the main task is introduced without regard for the response.
Scoring: The child receives 1 point for every correct answer.
