Source text - Portuguese Através dos nossos workshops de Avaliação de Potencial avaliamos a capacidade que a pessoa tem de aprender e de desempenhar funções de diferentes níveis de responsabilidades e complexidade, suas condições de crescimento quanto a habilidades, valores, características, interesses, realizações e conhecimentos, nas dimensões: pessoal, interpessoal, técnica e gerencial. Para tanto, a metodologia que desenvolvemos e empregamos na avaliação de potencial baseia-se principalmente em Jogos e Simulações, que são vivencias grupais, com design complexo (variáveis internas e externas), onde são programados pontos críticos que demandam tomada de decisão e onde cada um desempenha um papel diferente. Mas porque dar tanta ênfase a jogos?
Translation - English In our workshops to measure potential we assessed people's capacity to learn and perform functions at different levels of responsibility and complexity; their ability to develop new skills; and their values, characteristics, interests, accomplishments and knowledge, from the following perspectives: personal, interpersonal, technical and managerial. The method we developed and used in the assessment of potential was Games and Simulations. They are group exercises of complex design (consisting of internal and external variables), in which critical decision-making points and role playing exercises are built in. Why did we place so much emphasis on games?

I love reading, writing, researching and translating. I like learning new things and I'm generally good at noticing opportunities and allocating resources, i.e., starting new businesses and projects. Most notably, I co-founded a distance education company in 2005, which I sold in 2008. After working as a freelancer for a while I officially started a translation business in 2010.
My educational background is:
- High School diploma from a bilingual (American and Brazilian) school in Campinas, SP - Brazil.
- Liberal Arts degree from Middlebury College in Vermont, USA with a major in International Studies.
- Copywriting Degree. from the Institute of Copywriting, received in 2009.
- Project management course at NYU . g, in 2009.
My hobbies are: reading, travelling, exercising - namely biking, hiking and running - and spending time with loved ones.
On a final note, I was born in Brazil, where I currently live, but my mother is (very) Scottish and my father is (very) Argentine, so you could safely say that I am a multi-cultural person!
