Connecting XXX: Removing barriers to create an accessible XXX for all
Overview
As part of our Organizational Capability strategic priority, we have launched Connecting XXX, a program of activities to help you connect with your teams and be able to discuss our business with your staff. This pack will feature a different topic each month, with a short slide deck which can be used as a handout and accompanying speaker notes and suggested areas for further discussion.
We estimate that this should take approximately five minutes to deliver, with additional time for any questions, so should fit easily into your regular Pre-shift briefings or other team meetings. If you decide to do any of the suggested exercises with your teams you may want to allow a little more time.
This issue will help you and your teams discuss disability and how we can remove barriers within the workplace.
