Source text - English MERCHANDISING LICENSE AGREEMNT
THIS MERCHANDISING LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of......,2012 by and between the following parties:
-xxxx a California coporation located at xxxx U.S.A., on the one hand,
AND
- xxxx a Argentina company organized under the laws of Argentina, located at xxxx, Argentina, on the other hand.
WHEREAS, xxx controls the right to license the use of that certain Porperty (as defined herein) in connection with various articles o merchandise.
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to acquire from xxx an Non-exclusive license to use the Porperty in connection with certain articles of merchandise throughout the Territory (as defined herein) during the Term (as defined herein) in the manner specifically provided for in this Agreemnt, and xxxx hereby agrees to license said rights to Licensee upon the terms and conditions hereunder.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:

3.a.6 Bladder reinforcement fabric:
The bladder has two (2) layers of Polyester reinforcement fabric, which gives the bladder its high tensile strength with a total of 400 N/mm in the circumferential direction and 267 N/mm in the longitudinal direction. The material also has a significant advantage in terms of its ‘memory’ of shape during long periods of deflation, as well as being 100% watertight in comparison to the absorbent Nylon fabrics traditionally used.
Most Rubber Dam suppliers use nylon reinforcement fabric between the rubber layers, however the supplier uses a Polyester reinforcement fabric. The advantage of Polyester over Nylon is that in case the bladder surface is damaged and the fabric material is exposed to water, Polyester does not absorb water and therefore there is no risk of delamination over prolonged exposure. In the case of nylon, if exposed, it absorbs water along the fabric material by capillary reactions, which in the long-term can result in the delamination and ultimate failure of the bladder.

La cámara tiene 2 (dos) capas de tela de Polyester de refuerzo, las cuales le dan alta resistencia a la tracción con un total de 400 N/mm en la dirección transversal y de 267 N/mm en la longitudinal. El material también tiene una ventaja significativa en lo que se refiere a su “memoria” de forma durante largos períodos de desinflado, así como también por ser 100% impermeable en comparación con las telas absorbentes de Nylon de uso tradicional.
La mayoría de los proveedores de Rubber Dam usan telas de Nylon de refuerzo entre las capas de caucho. Sin embargo, el Proveedor usa una tela de Polyester de refuerzo. La ventaja del Polyester sobre el Nylon es que en caso de que la superficie de la cámara resulte dañada y la tela quede expuesta al agua, el Polyester no absorbe agua y por lo tanto no hay riesgo de desprendimientos durante exposiciones prolongadas. En el caso del nylon, si resultara expuesto, absorbería agua a través de la tela por capilaridad, lo cual en el largo plazo puede resultar en desprendimientos (decapado) y finalmente producir la falla de la cámara
