Young people under 15 years of age represent nearly half of the population (49%). At the current pace of population growth, the population of 6- to 11-years olds (of primary school-age) will increase by 26% by 2020. At least 2 million children will then need to be enrolled in the sole primary school level, as opposed to 1.5 million enrolled in 2006/2007. In 2012, the share of everyday expenses for education rose to 24.3%, which is higher than the average in Sub-Saharan Africa (22.2%) and reflects the political engagement for education. Household spending on education remains high, however. In 2004, for each dollar spent by the state, families spend 68 cents, double the amount observed in the other countries in the region (“Fiche pays EPT – Bénin, 2012”).

Translation - English If you are in a relationship, 2016 should enable you to figure out your emotional needs and see if your past choice still meets your expectations. Hardly a romantic year for you, then. You will seek to find out if your union has withstood the ravages of time and habit. You will also have quite a bit of trouble putting up with a partner that objects to your professional and life choices. If the couple can resist Saturn's onslaught, it will come out even stronger. If not, some may consider breaking it off. Regardless of your subsequent decisions, after the end of October, Jupiter will return to rekindle the flames - or light them elsewhere. You will feel reborn and will be able to share with the other person a resurgence of passion, which will be greatly appreciated, while others will feel like expanding their family. This does not mean that you get to close your eyes to the reality of your dreams.
