Hello!

My name is Madeleine and I have a Master's degree in translation. I graduated with honours from the University of Mons, Belgium, Faculté de Traduction et d'Interprétation, École d'Interprètes Internationaux (FTI - EII). I also have a complementary Master’s degree in audio-visual translation, subtitling and dubbing from the University of Mons.

After more than two years working as a translator/executive assistant in a company that sells sports nutrition and food supplements, I decided to become a freelance translator.

My mother tongue is French and the languages I translate from are English, Danish and Norwegian. I also have a good knowledge of Dutch. I am interested in many fields, such as literature, art, history and politics, but I tend to specialize in travel/tourism, cosmetics, nutrition and environment.

I am reliable, pay close attention to details and do not hesitate to take the time necessary to do the right research in order to provide my customers with high-quality translations.
