Translation - Spanish We hereby make known that Mr. ----------- possesses the knowledge necessary about the process of cross cultural teaching and learning, which has been proven by the knowledge he acquired through work experiences in several Indigenous and Native peoples of Latina America, among them, the community development of the Ngäbe-Bugle people of the Republic of Panama, of which we were his tutors.
His efforts have served to solidify many proposed projects within the objectives of cross cultural education and he has encouraged proactive attitudes among the leaders in the different communities where he has been a researcher of the Indigenous knowledge of our people.
