After years of proofreading and correcting articles for others as a general part of my employment, I have decided to use my experience in this field to my advantage.
I have had a wonderfully varied, and exciting, career up until this point, which has endowed me with a plethora of experience in a great many fields.
After graduating from university, with a degree in Applied Science and Consumer Law, I decided to take a year to travel and work overseas. My gap year turned into 16 years of living, and working, in the beautiful Algarve, working in such areas as tourism, real estate, and textile sales. I am an avid reader, and have a great love of the written word, I am also a self confessed grammar corrector, which can drive people to distraction!
The English language is my passion, and I enjoy reading anything from fiction to reports to blogs, one of which I write myself.
I am very much looking forward to broadening my knowledge, and horizons, whilst doing something that inspires me.
