7. Форс-мажор.
7.1. «Стороны» освобождаются от ответственности за неисполнение или ненадлежащее исполнение своих обязательств по настоящему Договору, если это явилось следствием обстоятельств непреодолимой силы (ст. 401 Гражданского Кодекса РФ).
7.2. При наступлении указанных обстоятельств, «Сторона», попавшая под их воздействие, должна незамедлительно уведомить об этом другую «Сторону» с указанием характера, предполагаемых срока действия и последствий таких обстоятельств, влияющих на исполнение «Стороной» своих обязательств, причем такое уведомление должно подтверждаться компетентным государственным органом.

7. Force Majeure
7.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to perform or improper performance of the Parties’ obligations hereunder if such failure to perform or improper performance arises from force majeure circumstances (Russian Federation Civil Code, Article 401).
7.2. Upon occurrence of said circumstances, a Party claiming the existence of force majeure shall promptly give notice to the other Party stating the nature, expected duration and consequences of such circumstances and such a notice shall be certified by a relevant government authority.
