Job Description – Front office Accounting Manager
· Audit & balance and report on all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, lounge, banquets, room services) cash and credit operations to include but not limited to checks, deposit, counts, house charges, promotional materials, and posting.
· Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, deposits, disputed charges to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed
· Audit, balance, and prepare, verify and report on room information to provide rooms management with picture of how they are performing
· Balance daily income in American dollars, euros, Egyptian pounds, English pounds and Russian ruble.
· Translate between Russian customers and Italian and Egyptian employees
· Accounts receivable from tourism companies for accommodation and transfer of customers.
· Track billing from six departments for customer spending
· Making the check in for the arrival and the check out for the departure
· Connecting with the kitchen about preparing the late dinner or breakfast box for the guest according to their requests.
· Connecting with the house keeping department about how much the rooms ready before every arrival and after every departure
· Check the rooms keys before every arrival and after any departure to make sure that we every key in it is place.
