Source text - English Sec. 1. COACHES.
a. The Head Coach is responsible for signing the line-up card.
b. Coaches must be neatly attired, including the wearing of suitable footwear, or dressed in team uniform in
accordance with the color code of the team. If a coach wears a cap, it must be approved headwear.
c. An offensive team coach (base coach) is an eligible member of the team at bat who takes his place on the field,
within the coach’s box.
1. Two coaches are allowed to give words of assistance and direction to the members of their team while at bat.
2. One shall be stationed near first base and one near third base and they are obligated to stay within the confines of their respective coach’s box.
EXCEPTION: A coach may leave the coach’s box to signal a runner to slide, advance or return to a base, or move out of a fielder’s way, as long as he does not interfere with the play.
3. A base coach may address only his own team members.
4. One coach can have in his possession in the coach’s box, a score book, pen or pencil and an indicator, all of which shall be used for score keeping or record keeping purposes only.
d. A defensive team coach/manager is an eligible member of the team in the field, who may be either a non-playing
coach who remains in the dugout, or a playing coach who takes his place on the field. This coach may give
direction and assistance to his team while they are playing defense.
e. Coaches may not use language that will reflect negatively upon players, umpires or spectators.
f. No communication equipment is allowed between:
1. The coaches on the field;
2. The coaches and the dugout;
3. The coaches and any player;
4. The spectator area and the field, including the dugout, coaches and players.
EFFECT - Sec. 1e-f:
Any infraction will result in the ejection of the coach after a warning.
Sec. 2. LINE-UP CARDS AND ROSTERS.
a. Official line-up cards are to be completed and submitted to the Official Scorer, or umpire, at the start of each
game. The plate umpire retains the card for the duration of the game.
1. A player’s name shall not be on the starting line-up, unless the player is present in the team area and in uniform.
2. All available substitutes should be listed in the designated place, by their last name, first name and uniform number.
3. Eligible roster members may be added to the available substitute list at any time during the game.
4. The name of the head coach/manager must be listed on the line-up card.
b. Male rosters shall include only male players and female rosters shall include only female players.

a. Główny Trener jest odpowiedzialny za wypełnienie kolejności odbijania.
b. Trenerzy muszą być schludnie ubrani, łącznie z odpowiednim obuwiem lub ubrani w strój drużyny zgodny z jej barwami. Jeżeli trener nosi czapkę, musi ona być zatwierdzonym nakryciem głowy.
c. Trener ofensywny (trener przy bazie) jest członkiem drużyny w ataku, który zajmuje miejsce na boisku wewnątrz stanowiska trenera.
1. Dopuszcza się dwóch trenerów, którzy doradzają i dają wskazówki członkom swojej drużyny podczas odbijania.
2. Jeden ustawiony jest przy pierwszej bazie a drugi przy trzeciej i są oni zobowiązani pozostawać wewnątrz własnych stanowisk trenera.
WYJĄTEK: Trener może opuścić stanowisko trenera, aby zasygnalizować biegaczowi konieczność zrobienia wślizgu, awansu bądź powrotu na bazę lub aby usunąć się z drogi polowemu, tak długo jak nie przeszkodzi on (interferuje) w zagrywce.
3. Trener przy bazie może zwracać się tylko do członków własnej drużyny.
4. Jeden z trenerów może mieć przy sobie na stanowisku trenera protokół, ołówek lub długopis oraz licznik, które to może używać jedynie w celu prowadzenia zapisu gry.
d. Defensywny trener/menadżer jest członkiem drużyny, która przebywa w obronie. Może on być niegrającym trenerem, który pozostaje w boksie lub grającym trenerem, który zajmuje pozycję na boisku. Trener może udzielać wskazówek i pomagać swojej drużynie podczas gry obronie.
e. Trenerzy nie mogą używać języka, który odbijałby się negatywnie na zawodnikach, trenerach lub widzach.
f. Zabronione jest korzystanie z wszelkiego sprzętu komunikacyjnego pomiędzy:
1. Trenerami na boisku;
2. Trenerami i boksem;
3. Trenerami i którymkolwiek zawodnikiem;
4. Terenem dla kibiców, łącznie z boksem, trenerami i zawodnikami.
EFEKT - Sek. 1e-f: Wszelkie naruszenie skutkuje wyrzuceniem trenera po uprzednim ostrzeżeniu.
Sek. 2. KOLEJNOŚĆ ODBIJANIA (LINE UP) ORAZ LISTA ZAWODNIKÓW (ROSTER)
a. Oficjalna kolejność odbijania musi być wypełniona i złożona Oficjalnemu Protokolantowi lub sędziemu na początku każdego meczu. Sędzia główny zatrzymuje karty na czas trwania meczu.
1. Nie umieszcza się nazwiska zawodnika na line-upie, jeżeli nie jest on obecny lub nie jest w stroju.
2. Wszyscy dostępni zmiennicy powinni być wymienieni we właściwym miejscu z nazwiska, imienia oraz numeru stroju.
3. Legalni zawodnicy wymienieni na liście zawodników (roster) mogą być dodani do listy dostępnych zmienników w dowolnym momencie meczu.
4. Nazwisko Głównego Trenera/Menadżera musi być wymienione na karcie kolejności odbijania.
b. Męskie listy zawodników zawierają tylko zawodników płci męskiej, żeńskie listy zawodników zawierają tylko zawodników płci żeńskiej.

I am delighted to be here tonight to represent the World Press Photo foundation, at the occasion of the opening of our first exhibition in [xxx].
This exhibition presents the winners of the annual contest for professional photojournalists that World Press Photo has organized since 1955. The contest is regarded as the most prestigious in photojournalism and the exhibition tour is the largest exhibition tour in the world. Over 5,000 participants in the contest, and nearly a hundred venues for the exhibition each year with a reach of over 2,5 million visitors testify to the unique reputation of World Press Photo.
We are an independent, non profit organization, based in Amsterdam and our mission is promoting the work of professional photographers. Promoting the communicative power of photography on the one hand, and supporting the profession of photojournalism, on the other.
