Source text - Polish Wyniki badań próbek wody gruntowej zestawiono w tabeli nr 1. Ze względu cel badania, wyniki analiz zostały odniesione do wartości dopuszczalnych określonych w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub do ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego (Dz.U. 2014 poz. 1800).
Badania zawartości poszczególnych wskaźników zanieczyszczeń nie wykazały przekroczeń wartości dopuszczalnych określonych w Rozporządzeniu. We wszystkich próbkach wody stwierdzono jedynie niewielkie stężenie zawartości metali (kobalt, nikiel, cynk, miedź) oraz nieznaczną zawartość oleju mineralnego. Są to jednak ilości o wiele niższe niż określone w rozporządzeniu. Zawartość tych parametrów w wodach może wynikać z naturalnie występujących składników w glebach. Wartości pozostałych wskaźników zanieczyszczeń występowały poniżej granicy oznaczalności zastosowanej metody badawczej.
Translation - English The tests results of groundwater samples are presented in Table 1. Due to the purpose of the study, the results of analyses have been referred to the limit values specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 18 November 2014 on the conditions to be met when introducing sewage into water or soil and on substances particularly harmful to the aquatic environment (Journal of Laws 2014, item. 1800).
The research of content of individual contamination indicators does not show any exceedances of the limit values specified in the Regulation. In all water samples only small concentrations of certain metals (cobalt, nickel, zinc, copper) and negligible content of mineral oil were identified. However, these were amounts much lower than the values specified in the Regulation. The occurrences of these parameters in water can result from the components naturally present in soil. The values of other contamination indicators occurred below the limit of quantification of applied research method.

Adaptive air suspension combines sporty handling with a high level of ride comfort. In addition, air suspension allows the speed-dependent lowering of the body – the self-levelling suspension results in a low centre of gravity and, in consequence, significantly increased directional stability. Simultaneously, the vehicle’s aerodynamics is improved.

1. Użytkownicy są zobowiązani do korzystania z Aplikacji mobilnej ABC w sposób zgodny z obowiązującym prawem, Regulaminem i regulaminami sklepów, z których Aplikacja mobilna ABC została pobrana, a także z zasadami współżycia społecznego, w tym ogólnymi zasadami korzystania z sieci Internet i aplikacji mobilnych.
2. Użytkownicy są zobowiązani w szczególności do:
a. korzystania z Aplikacji mobilnej ABC w sposób niezakłócający jej funkcjonowania,
b. korzystania z Aplikacji mobilnej ABC w sposób nieuciążliwy dla innych użytkowników oraz Usługodawcy, z poszanowaniem dóbr osobistych osób trzecich (w tym prawa do prywatności) i wszelkich innych przysługującym im praw,
c. korzystania z wszelkich informacji i materiałów udostępnionych za pośrednictwem Aplikacji mobilnej ABC jedynie w zakresie dozwolonego użytku.
3. Użytkownicy są zobowiązani niezwłocznie powiadomić Usługodawcę o każdym przypadku naruszenia ich praw w związku z korzystaniem z Aplikacji mobilnej ABC.
ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ USŁUGODAWCY
1. Usługodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za zakłócenia prawidłowego funkcjonowania Aplikacji mobilnej ABC wywołane siłą wyższą, niedozwoloną ingerencją Użytkowników lub innych podmiotów, awarią sieci telekomunikacyjnych lub awarią infrastruktury technicznej. Zdarzenie siły wyższej oznacza wszelkie zdarzenia pozostające poza rozsądną kontrolą Usługodawcy, których nie można było przewidzieć i im zapobiec. W przypadku awarii, w razie możliwości technicznych Usługodawca poinformuje Użytkownika o przyczynach awarii drogą e-mailową.
2. Usługodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za czasową niemożność korzystania z Aplikacji mobilnej ABC lub poszczególnych jej funkcjonalności, spowodowaną dokonywaniem przez Usługodawcę konserwacji, ulepszeń lub zmian technologicznych. O zmianach, które z uwagi na okres trwania ich wdrożenia, mogą w sposób istotny wpłynąć na komfort korzystania z Aplikacji mobilnej ABC (przerwy techniczne), Użytkownicy zostaną zawczasu powiadomieni w drodze stosownego komunikatu Usługodawcy.
3. Usługodawca nie jest odpowiedzialny za szkody poniesione przez Użytkownika na skutek korzystania z Aplikacji mobilnej ABC przy wykorzystaniu urządzenia pozbawionego ochrony antywirusowej, w tym w szczególności za sytuacje przechwycenia Hasła Użytkownika przez osoby lub podmioty trzecie. Użytkownik powinien stosować odpowiednie aplikacje, oprogramowania lub inne środki techniczne, w tym oprogramowania chroniące prywatność, hasła oraz oprogramowanie antywirusowe, w celu bezpiecznego korzystania z Aplikacji mobilnej ABC.
Translation - English GENERAL PROVISIONS ON USING ABC
1. The User shall use ABC in accordance with applicable law, the Regulations and the terms and conditions of stores, from which ABC has been downloaded, as well as the principles of social coexistence, including general terms of use on the Internet and mobile applications.
2. The User is obliged in particular to:
a. use ABC in a way that does not interfere with its functioning,
b. use ABC without inconvenience to other users and the Provider, respecting any third-party rights (including privacy rights) and any other rights,
c. use of any information and material made available through ABC only for fair use.
3. The User is required to immediately notify the Provider of any violation of his/her rights in connection with the use of ABC.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. The Provider is not responsible for interfering with the proper functioning of ABC due to force majeure, unauthorized interference from Users or other entities, telecommunications network failure or technical infrastructure failure. Force majeure means any event or condition beyond the reasonable control of the Provider, which could not have been foreseen and prevented. In the event of a failure, if technically feasible, the Provider shall inform the User about the cause of the failure by e-mail.
2. The Provider is not liable for the temporary inability to use ABC or its individual functionality due to maintenance, improvements or technological changes by the Provider. The Provider shall promptly notify the User about any changes that due to the duration of their implementation, may significantly affect the comfort of using ABC (technical interruptions).
3. The Provider is not liable for damages suffered by the User as a result of using the mobile application ABC on a device without anti-virus protection, including, in particular, intercepting the User’s Passwords by other persons or third parties. The User should use appropriate applications, software, or other technical means, including privacy software, passwords, and anti-virus software, in order to use ABC safely.
