Tommaso was quick to respond to my query, clearly communicated his understanding of the project, and made sure expectations were clear before getting started, which I appreciate. He was also flexible with requests to change minor elements due to edits to the original content and paid great attention to detail and context. He was overall a pleasure to work with!
