Бих искала да задам един въпрос. Правилен ли е текстът, в който лицето, което е нотариус е жена? Благодаря Ви предварително за помощта!
"... Страните потвърждават, че нотариусът е посочил пред тях специалните задължения, които са му възложени: при констатиране от страна на нотариуса на противоречиви интереси или небалансирани клаузи .........."

За мене текстът е абсолютно правилен. Тъй като не може да се каже "нотариуската" и следва да се използва мъжки род, а в българския език съгласуваме прилагателните, причастията и местоименията по род и число със съществителните, които характеризират, това е правилната формулировка.
