Specialise. Choose a specific field in which you have particular expertise (and for which there is a demand) and organise your Proz profile to focus mainly on that.
This, of course, does not mean that you can't also accept translations that don't fall within your specialism.
Improve your profile and make it 100% complete. Your profile is what prospective clients see.
In particular, make sure you have included all the keywords (in both languages) so that when a prospect googles for "Irish translator" or "Aistritheoir Gaeilge" that your Proz page comes up in the search results.

From your CV I deduce that you're currently targeting Gaelic speakers who can't speak English or who have trouble speaking English. Perhaps you should target English people who can't speak Gaelic.

I have a diploma in French from NUI,Galway, Éire.
I only use it to converse with other people who speak French.
I don't translate from English to French as it is a very hard language to translate from.
I have mentioned audio transcription and Desktop publishing in my bio.
I have also mentioned other subjects that I am interested or would like to pursue sometime.

I see several Irish translators also add "Gaelic" as a language to their profile pages. This might be an option for you as well, as not many clients would know that Gaelic is called "Irish" on ProZ.com, and you would be able to tell if a client wants Scots Gaelic instead of Irish Gaelic.
