I would need to know what is the icon in memoQ to copy the source to target.

You'll find it under the "Edit" tab.
You can also assign a shortcut.

Just be careful with that, because CTRL+SHIFT+A selects ALL the segments in a file, so if you accidentally hit between A and S, it will be quite a mess (catastrophic, if you also confirm in quick succession). This happened to me more than once, so in the end I remapped it to another key.
