Previously completed and submitted task reverts to "7% /not started" in web portal after couple days

Found out by accident when going online to check out a different project.

No notification or communication, no comments or requests from anyone, workflow order suggests I am the last person to have accessed it. When opened in memoQ to see what's going on there, the file appears to already contain all my revisions.

Company's internal billing system still shows it as a completed job.

Any ideas on what's up?
