Translation - Home Office - Portugal

Can anyone give me a basic idea of how taxation works in Portugal for someone working full-time from a home office?
Any deductions for working from a home office, and if so, how is this calculated?
Very grateful indeed for any responses

Cheers

Steve

Taxation: simplified vs. organized Sep 19, 2017

Hi Steve,

Deductions depend on the taxation regime: organized (bookkeeping done by a chartered accountant) or simpliifed (you do your bookkeeping yourself):

Hi Steve,

Deductions depend on the taxation regime: organized (bookkeeping done by a chartered accountant) or simpliifed (you do your bookkeeping yourself):

Hi Steve,

You are allowed to earn up to 10 thousand euros a year without paying taxes. You just have to make a recibo verde online for each job done. If you surpass that, I believe you pay 25%.

You can find all the information online in your Portal das Finanças area when you log in. They have PDFs in English, explaining how taxation in Portugal works.
