One more reason to ignore that little "renew membership" link.

Sorry to break the news, but you guys have become a marginal player in the market. Real volumes are done elsewhere.

Your system and your approach are hopelessly outdated, and your latest futile attempts to catch up by introducing social media-type features are not the answer.

Wake up, AmateurZ.
