Some mins ago I saw this annoying "Got any questions? I'm happy to help." if I opened different pages on proz.
I clicked on the x to close it, but the circle didn't disappear. After a while the circle disappeared also.

What is the function of it? AI support bot?
How can I get rid of it for good?

Got any questions

Bests,
Katalin

Don't want to hear: "I'm sorry..., I'm afraid I can't do that"

Coincidence? Nov 15, 2018

It appeared a few mins after 2 very old support tickets of mine had been closed.

I saw it yesterday Nov 16, 2018

I can't remember where, and I simply thought that proz.com will soon have a chatbot.
As long as it can be easily disabled and forgotten forever on all the proz.com pages I visit, I don't mind. It may be helpful to new users/members.

Looking into it Nov 16, 2018

It looks like someone was testing out a site help feature. You're right that something like that should be unobtrusive and easy to get rid of if one wishes. I'll look into it. Thanks!
