Trados ergonomic color combinations

Has anybody configured trados color scheme for better ergonomy and ease of sight?
Lets say as an example: "dark mode"


I am trying:
in Options -> Window:
Background color: Window frame (dark gray)
Text color: Window (white)
Active segment background color: Midnightblue

in Options -> Editor -> Translation Matches Window
Left it unchanged I stilll havent figured out a good ... See more

My goal is to make it easier in the eyes.

What would you recommend?
