Enabling AT Translation in Trados 2017

Hi there,

I've been working with other tools for a while and now I have a package to work in Trados (mine is a 2017 version).

In the Project Settings, I found out that SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation cannot be found by the server anymore.

Any of you happen to know what should we use now as AT in Trados and how to activate it?

are you registered with SDL?
In order to apply the SDL Cloud Machine to your translation project/package, I believe you need to do that.

Migration to NMT Jun 5, 2020

Thank you, expressisverbis. Yes, I've always used Language Cloud, but it seems it has been migrated to NMT:

All valid Language Cloud subscriptions have been migrated to NMT

Thing is I don't know how to enable it, I can only find ways to do that for Trados 2019. Mine is 2017 and the message i get is: Language Cloud Machine not found.

Sometimes I get connection errors too, I have contacted Support a couple of tiemes through the LC form and they've always fixed my issue in 24h. https://gateway.sdl.com/webtocaseLCMT

Recently, though, I have noticed that if I use my mobile phone connection instead of my home wi-fi, Language Cloud connects automatically. Then I can go back to wi-fi and it still work... See more
