I've been using the desktop version but now when I try to open Trados 2021 I get an error message that it cannot open one of my files and then the program closes before fulling opening:
On another note.....I still can't figure out how to use Trados Live. Can't use my TM from my harddrive when setting up my project. Does anyone know of a "quick start" guide? I'm not totally technology-challenged, but I'm definitely more of a translator than an IT specialist. Thanks in advance!

Thank you. What I did to resolve this was to label the "project" XML file within the Trado 2021 fold "old" and then restarted Trados 2021. If found this in the "community."
On another note, I started a project within Trados live and uploaded a PDF as my source file. I did this yesterday and it still says "processing." OMG! I really want this to work and am following the instructions given. I'm doing something wrong.
