Hello,
I have recentlly installed Trados Studio 2019 on a new PC with Windows 10 and I am experiencing a problem when trying to open Project Settings: it takes very long (a minute or more) to open (and in the meanwhile I can read "Not responding" at the top of the Project settings window).

I am experiencing this with projects from one particular client, whereas project settings for projects from another client open nicely. On my old PC (Windows 7), the opening could take up to a few seconds, but never more than 10.
