ผมอยากให้กลุ่มนักแปล/ล่ามชาวไทยได้ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันใน International Translation Day 2015

ผมอยากให้กลุ่มนักแปล/ล่ามชาวไทยได้ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันใน International Translation Day 2015
สังเกตจากข้อมูลบนอินเตอร์เน็ต พบว่าคนไทยที่มีอาชีพนักแปล/ล่ามมีจำนวนเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ (เหมือนกับประเทศอื่นๆ) แต่กิจกรรมด้านวิชาชีพของเรายังมีน้อย ผมสนใจในกิจกรรมของ "สมาคมนักแปลและล่ามแห่งประเทศไทย" เคยไปร่วมฟอรั่ม Facebook ของสมาคมนี้มาในเวลาสั้นๆ แต่พบปัญหาที่น่าตกใจบางประการ เช่น สมาคมไม่มีคนทำงานจริงจัง ไม่ตอบสนองสมาชิกหรือผู้ใช้บริการ ไม่มีที่ตั้งที่แน่นอน ไม่รับเรื่องร้องเรียน ไม่ควบคุมคนที่ทำงานให้สมาคม
หวังว่าใน International Translation Day 2015 นี้ สมาคมวิชาชีพของไทยแห่งนี้จะมีกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวมมากขึ้น
ผมรอฟังความคิดเห็นยอมรับ/คัดค้าน คาดว่าจะมีผู้ร่วมสนทนาบ้างจนกว่าจะถึง International Translation Day 2015 (30 กันยายน 2558)
