Wordfast Pro on Mac won't insert TM matches in the editor

Hi,
I've just switched to Wordfast Pro on Mac. I can't get the app to insert matches into the editor, even when they are displayed in the TM lookup. I actually need to copy the target from the TM lookup and paste it in the editor, which is very frustrating. The fuzzy threshold is set at 50%. Where do I go wrong?

I'll be grateful for your advice.

It should leverage segments (i.e. place best match in the current segment upon entering) if you use the next segment icon or its shortcut key. Make sure you are using alt+down. If not, check your preferences (General Preferences > Segments) and make sure that "Next/Previous segment action leverages…" is ticked.
